SAFCOL sells round logs through an annual bidding process. Bid invitations are advertised in major South African newspapers and on the SAFCOL website.

Pine — Pricelist Auction
Pine logs use a Pricelist Auction system with a Base price. Bidders compete on price above the base.
Eucalyptus & Wattle — Price Quotation
Eucalyptus and Wattle use a Price Quotation System with a Reserved price set by SAFCOL.
Delivery Options
Logs available at Roadside, Standing, and at Stump — depending on the supply agreement.
